Our premises at Hinckley are equipped with all necessary tools, equipment and qualified staff to unertake a range of services for your road or race car. Whilst engine & gearbox building, servicing and all mechanical repairs are carried out by us, we also have direct access to 'on site' paintshop facilities, aluminium fabricators & engine machining facilites.

The only element that we are unable to provide 'on site' are chassis repairs, for which we rely upon Arch Motors, a name synonymous with Caterham cars.

The secure environment of our new location still allows for convenient access, offering a solution to the usual problems associated with delivering your car during working hours. We also offer a collection and delivery service for those customers that are unable to transport their cars, please contact us for details.

pre race check & inspections - including service items, safety checks and setup racecar setup - flat flooring, tracking, camber & castor settings servicing - routine and planned maintenance for your road car engine building - rebuilds, power upgrades, head refresh & optimisation gearboxes - rebuilding Ford Type 9 & Caterham 6sp, supply of 5sp Type 9 boxes differentials - repairs to live axle and 'Sierra' differentials axle - live axle half shaft replacement and shimming body repairs - race & road damage repairs, insurance work carried out to road & race cars painting - 'on site' painting facilities, from simple standard colours to the 'exotic'.... electrical - rectification of electrical issues, rain lights, shift lights, etc. valeting - aluiminium polishing, decal removal and refixing
